Expected impact: None. The rotation uses a zero-downtime, two-key grace-period procedure — new credentials are introduced and verified before the previous ones are retired — so TestOps and its services are expected to remain fully operational throughout the window.
Possible brief effects during the window (unlikely): transient delays in test-result processing, execution scheduling, or outbound email notifications (e.g., reports, invitations) as services pick up the refreshed credentials.
