- Login (US), Admin Console (US), and Account Management (US) will be unavailable.
- New sign-ins and single sign-on to all True Platform products (TestOps, TestCloud, TrueTest, Licensing, AI Platform) will fail. Existing authenticated sessions may continue but cannot be refreshed.

No action is required. Services will be restored automatically once the upgrade completes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
